It seems reasonable of giving a topic outside of the curriculum such as basic arithmetic, e.g. to address knowledge gap that the learners brought from elementary schools.
But we found, there were lesson about geometry (angles, triangles). In between factors. This ia an evidence of not knowing how to sequence math ideas. Another examples is Algebra was taugh before fraction.
How does it inform us in term of the design of PD?
* they need curriculum knowledge. Many things that are implied and ts are not aware of this things.
