The main ide in this paper is to reflect the model.
The model was develop to address main issue of the use of the internet for teacher PD
It is potential but low uptake and complex.
Many PD have been done. I examined

- incompatible
Then what is the characteristicss of EPD
I selected 5 that most relevant.

To enable to do deeper inv I conducted ethnography ......
I also use zone theory to examine factors support and constrain ....
Integrated model.
